That was cool to watch! :) Nice that he got to live his dream. I GOT TO SEE MY MAAAAN! Whoo hoo! He lookin' mighty good! I want me some Jeter!! lol!
I couldn't believe it when I found out that a lot of people criticized the Yankees for allowing Billy Crystal to do this. The viewed it as a vile publicity stunt. There are just so many blow-hards in baseball, it gets annoying sometimes.
How anybody could view this as a publicity stunt, I don't know. Billy has been tight with the team for years. It's obviously just the team letting a long time friend realize a childhood dream. And it was a pre-season game so I don't see what the big deal is.
